     » General:

Orders weighing up to 2 kgs will be delivered in mainland France for a fixed price of 8.50 € using the French postal service’s Colissimo parcel service.

Outside mainland France, delivery prices are as follows :

   - European Union and Corsica : 17.50 €
   - Other European countries : 21.50 €
   - French overseas Departments (DOM) : 17.50 €
   - French overseas Territories (TOM) : 25.50 €

Please, consult us for other deliveries outside the European Union ; we will inform you of any extra delivery charges by return of e-mail. Any customs duties will be payable by the addressee.

In addition, for any order whose total weight exceeds 2 kgs, we may ask the customer to pay extra delivery charges after the order has been validated. »

     » Delivery method :

The members of our shopping centre have negotiated a partnership with the French postal service’s “Colissimo Suivi” parcel service, giving very favourable delivery prices to any customer address anywhere in mainland France.

Each shopkeeper is nevertheless free to make use of other delivery companies, and all customers may decide, if they do not come to collect their goods in person, to have these goods collected by a chosen representative.

» Conditions of sale:


All sales resulting from orders received by Internet are made by shopkeepers under their own responsibility, from the shops whose address is given on the Home Page of each virtual shop.


     » General:

Our shopping centre allows anybody with an Internet connection to consult the catalogue of our shopkeepers, to order from them, to pay them by bank card, cheque or bank transfer, by means of a procedure which guarantees the confidentiality and security of this payment, and to have the goods delivered, if desired, to the address of their choice.

    » Protection of personal information

According to the French law on data protection, n°78-17, dated 6 January 1978, any personal information we require from you is indispensable to us in dealing with your order, and will be treated with the greatest possible attention to confidentiality. Such information, entered when placing an order, is strictly limited to dealing with that order and will not be the subject of any communication and will not be communicated to any third party.

In addition, all customers placing an order with any of the shopkeepers presented on this Site have the right to access any data concerning them, together with the right to rectify or suppress such data.      » Secure payment :

Rouenshopping offers you three different ways to pay for your goods:

   - Bank card
   - Bank or Post Office cheque
   - Bank transfer

If you pay by bank card, to prevent any risk of fraudulent use, our secure-server software automatically encrypts your credit or debit card number before sending it to our shopping centre’s technical platform and then via the Crédit Mutuel bank to the French Bank Card network for validation and authorization. Bank card numbers are not sent to individual shops.

     » How to return an item :

In case the goods delivered do not conform to what you ordered, the shopkeepers undertake to replace the goods or to reimburse the customer. We recommend that customers register a complaint within 3 days of receiving the product. The complaint should be made to the carrier, and a copy sent to the shopkeeper.

Any customer who returns, at their own expense by registered post, a product in perfect condition, with its invoice, within 7 days of receiving the product, has the right to choose another product of equivalent value from the same shopkeeper, or to be reimbursed within thirty days of the shopkeeper receiving the returned goods.

     » In case of legal dispute :

Customers should make direct contact with the shops concerned for any litigation concerning products, their cost or their delivery. This may be done by any convenient means, and notably through the CCAR’s electronic mail box: ccar@rouenshopping.com.

The CCAR’s Virtual Shopping Centre keeps a record of every transaction that takes place on the Site. This information is kept at the disposal of customers and shopkeepers in case of litigation.

     »General Conditions for Use of Rouenshopping Gift Tokens
        
A Rouenshopping gift token may only be used in a shop displaying the Rouenshopping logo.

It may only be used for a single transaction, and may not be exchanged for monetary compensation in any form, whether total or partial, including the giving of change, nor may it be credited to an associated account, nor to a credit or debit card account.

The CCAR (Chambre Commerciale et Artisanale de Rouen) declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of these gift tokens. These gift tokens are valid for a maximum period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

These gift tokens may not be used to pay for sale or promotional discount goods.
